ASTRONIFY CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") is issued by Astronify Space Private Limited ("Astronify," "we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and high-quality learning experience. This Policy sets forth the exclusive terms and conditions under which a learner ("you," "your") may request and receive a cancellation of a course enrollment and a corresponding refund.

BY ENROLLING IN A PAID COURSE ON THE ASTRONIFY PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY. THIS POLICY IS AN INTEGRAL AND NON-SEVERABLE PART OF THE ASTRONIFY TERMS OF USE.

1. APPLICABILITY AND SCOPE

1.1. Paid Courses Only: This Policy applies exclusively to paid courses purchased on the Astronify platform. Free courses or courses accessed via a free trial are not eligible for any form of refund or cancellation.

1.2. Refund Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a refund, a request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date of the course. All refund requests are subject to the conditions outlined in this Policy, particularly those related to your level of course access and completion.

2. REFUND CONDITIONS BASED ON COURSE ACCESS

The type of refund you may be eligible for is contingent upon your level of engagement with the course content, as determined by our system.

2.1. Full Refund (No Course Access):

If you have not accessed any portion of the course content, including video lectures, quizzes, or downloadable resources, you are eligible for a full refund.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If, for any reason, a refund to the original payment method is not feasible, Astronify reserves the right to issue the refund in the form of Astronify Credits.

2.2. Partial Refund (Limited Course Access):

If you have accessed less than fifty percent (50%) of the course content, as measured by our system's progress tracking, but have not fully completed the course, you may be eligible for a refund.

Such refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of Astronify Credits. These credits can be used to purchase other courses on the Astronify platform and will expire if not utilized within six (6) months from the date of issuance.

2.3. No Refund (Substantial or Full Access):

No refund, whether monetary or in the form of credits, will be issued if you have accessed fifty percent (50%) or more of the course content, or if you have fully completed the course and/or received a certificate of completion.

3. REFUNDS DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES OR CONTENT REMOVAL

3.1. Technical Issues: If you are unable to access a purchased course for a period exceeding forty-eight (48) hours due to a verifiable technical issue on the Astronify platform, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.

3.2. Content Removal: If a course is permanently removed from the Astronify platform after your purchase, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3.3. Credit as Alternative: In instances where a refund to the original payment method is not technically feasible for reasons beyond Astronify's control, we reserve the right to issue the full refund amount in the form of Astronify Credits.

4. SPECIAL REFUND SITUATIONS

4.1. Course Bundles: For purchases of bundled courses, the refund eligibility will be assessed on a proportional basis. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of the overall bundle that has been accessed.

4.2. Astronify's Discretion: All refund decisions, including the determination of the method of refund (monetary vs. credits), are made at the sole and final discretion of Astronify, based on an evaluation of the learner's usage, access levels, and the circumstances surrounding the request.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS

The following payments are, under no circumstances, eligible for a refund:

  • Courses that have been fully completed or for which a certificate has been issued.
  • Courses purchased through special, limited-time, or promotional offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer's terms.
  • Any payments that are subject to refund abuse, where Astronify reasonably believes a user is attempting to exploit the refund policy.

6. REQUEST AND PROCESSING OF REFUNDS

6.1. How to Request: All refund requests must be submitted through Astronify's official support ticket system. Your request must include your order details, the course title, and a clear and concise reason for the request.

6.2. Processing Time: Once an eligible refund request is received and approved, it will be processed, and the funds will be remitted to the original payment method within approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
